This shoot was a perfect reflection of its creative brief of moody styling, featuring dark navy linen, black ceramics and flatware, paired with intense red and pink florals, unstructured charcoal napkins, dark wooden chairs, fine patterned stemware, hand-lettered paper goods with torn edges and black pillar candles.

Urban industrial style

This styled shoot took place at Factory 51, a fully restored restaurant and purpose built venue for weddings and private events. Factory 51 has an industrial, New York feel with a glamorous touch featuring exposed brick walls and steel beams, polished concrete floors and a crystal chandelier.

Couture

Suzanne Harward created this sleek black gown. The design incorporates a velvet floral-motif embroidered skirt with thigh-high split and black mesh top with full length sleeves and open back. The look was complete with makeup featuring smokey eyes and deep red lips.

The features

Unstructured florals in reds and pinks popped against the dark Bentwood chairs and the clear Perspex table. A sumptuous rhubarb, strawberry and rye crostata cake was the centrepiece of the table setting.
