Magazines

Please note that magazines and printed publications are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other Items

For all other products purchased through the everAFTER Hub, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is provided

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our team at studio@everaftermagazine.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a delivery address.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
